Planted Money is not a real estate brokerage and offers no brokerage services. The product provides automated property analytics. It does not represent buyers or sellers, list property, negotiate transactions, create an agency relationship, or earn transaction commissions.

Model outputs, investor target prices, scores, and reports are not appraisals, broker price opinions, offers, or investment advice. Verify property facts, condition, title, taxes, insurance, financing, rents, repair scope, and value with qualified professionals before acting.

If brokerage or MLS/IDX services are introduced later, they will remain disabled until the operator has completed the required licensing, agreements, display controls, and counsel review. The product will then publish separate, effective disclosures before those services appear.

The operative disclosures for this public beta are the AVM disclosure, terms, privacy policy, and fair-housing policy.
